Born Alive Infant Protection Act: Providence or Coincidence and concern for all involved?
Jill Stanek (Nurse who testified before Obama concerning babies being left to die in a utility room after surviving an abortion see above links for further information) reports on 08/11/2008 two new documents produced by the National Right to Life proving that Obama has been misrepresenting his position on the issue concerning the Born Alive Infant Protection Act in his state. Five days later on 08/16/2008 Obama is asked by a christian news broadcasting company (who else would be the first to ask such a question) about his position on the Born Alive Infant Protection Act, during his very first and historic meeting at a christian church with McCain (again see above links for further context and evidence). How important are first impressions and what timing? The significance should be at least considered. The most linked to news story according to BlogPulse on Sunday 08/18/2008 was Obama, McCain talk issues at pastor's forum - CNN.com and on Monday was Despite Assurances, McCain Wasn’t in a ‘Cone of Silence’ - N (concerning CNN and the New York Times see Media Credibility Plummets, Just 30% Believe 'Most Trusted' CNN). You may watch the entire forum on the same christian news company's site that asked Obama about his position on the Born Alive Infant Protection Act here at: McCain, Obama Bare Souls at Saddleback. (this is a news report and other video and articles to link to along with video of the forum). Just a quick comment: Notice only the christian broadcasting company asked the question of Obama concerning the Born Alive Infant Protection Act and it seems that the other networks should have been aware of this issue and brought some attention to it especially, since this is a faith forum and these are issues faith voters are interested in and need to be aware of to make a more informed vote. But what can we expect from liberal sources?
Now, back to Providence or Coincidence? (See more concerns on the media below). This may be a damaging issue to Obama's campaign we will have to wait and see but one thing for sure is that this issue has brought more attention to the cause of the unborn then if Obama didn't win the primary against Clinton. So is Obama in one sense a God send for the sake of attention to the unborn? As reported above there are many hurdles against the unborn one being media attention. Is it not interesting that the first forum between Obama and McCain is a religious one? Issues like abortion, religious freedom and gay marriages were brought to the table at this forum and a clear contrast between the two candidates were presented (see how these issues may effect the election Media's no emphasis of abortion as an issue hurting McCain and helping Obama/Obama on Fatherhood/The Physiology of Motherhood/Bush vs Clinton, Obama's Divisive Faith Based Initiative/Update on NM Photography case/www.BoycottMcDonalds.com/Arizona Marriage Amendment and McCain and Marriage Amendment/African-Americans were determining factor for Bush in 2004? Is this why liberal media silent about this issue?).
See video below for interesting comments by knowledgable political analysts that were caught off gaurd and completely unaware of this subject and keep watching to the very end and notice that Holmes (the liberal commentator on this show) used the now refuted excuse of Obama for not voting for the Born Alive Infant Protection Act (see Jill Stanek vs Obama. Jill documents her credibility in response to Obama's smears.)
Considering that Obama has spent much of his campaign reaching out to the evangelical community as is evidence by this forum and Obama Reaches Out to Young Evangelicals?, How valuable is your Values Vote? Obamas' first ad: To Values Voters? and Obama still having difficulty with the faithful values voter despite all the effort and reports of a newly discussed strategy for fall.. Notice the media reports more on how difficult McCain is having with the faithful then Obama!!!
Now, back to Providence or Coincidence again? Concerning the media attention hurdle, this issue may be the issue that helps get more of that badly needed attention. If anything it will bring more attention then less to the unborn and what better of an issue to get the attention of the public then this issue regardless of whether or not Obama had good reason for not passing such a bill showing the reality of the humanity of the unborn child left to die after a boched abortion.
1) This subject because of Obama running as presidental candidat will bring to the table the humanity of unborn children who had just minutes earlier survived a legal abortion sometimes just over 20 weeks drawing questions to the humanity of that child before he/she survived that abortion thus drawing attention to a consideration of a legal kill of a separate unique human being that all abortions should be, at the least, taken into consideration to be and, at the most, so deemed to be.
2) This is a situation that is even worse then a partial birth abortion which no other country in the world allows!!! And so this is going to draw attention to partial birth abortion because of its heinously close relationship and because of it's relation to the subject of abortion in general, giving abortion a name that is, in many opinions with good reasoning, justly, logically, consciously, morally and observably imaginably deserved as these procedures draw up horrid images in the minds of humane humanitarians as a legal kill. These inhumane procedures show the legitimacy of the humanity of such an unborn child just minutes before death and not even fully outside the womb. So inhumane that we have to sedate the child to complete the bloody unimaginable procedure. The Bush appointed Robert's Supreme Court got America up to speed with the rest of the civilized world for it was only Americans like Obama and many other Democrats and organizations like Planned Parenthood and the ACLU that supported such a procedure in partial birth abortion not American's like Bush and many other Republicans and organizations like pro-life teen pregnancy centers and the ADF and the many conservatively religious that support the right to life for the unborn.
3) This may bring more attention to the inhumane actions of Dr's, Politicians, Family Planning Services, Law firms and liberal media that is largely missing in the media. This is ultimately why it probabily is currently missing in the media because if people knew they would vote differently and not think so highly of liberal media criticism of liberal media opponents which may lead to a reformation in the Democrat party!!!!
4) This should bring more concern for those on the left on this issue for their eternal soul and salvation and hoped for change of current positions on this issue. We shouldn't respond with hate but win our opponents over with love and truth which is always logical and reasonable. Wish and pray for mercy, forgiveness and change for these individuals that may be our opponents on this issue. They are as much human as an unborn child is and so we must pray that they see the unborn child as much human as they are. And so may we respond with hearts of love for both the unborn and those who consider themselves to be more human then the unborn with forgiveness and mercy but never at the expense of one human over the other!!!
So whether this is providence or coincidence may we pray in Jesus name that this issue is a God send by bringing Obama to the forefront for the sake of both the unborn and survivors of this promiscuously sinful and thus abortion filled society and that Obama, being one of those survivors, has a Godly revelation in his mind over this issue just like Norma McCorvey did (see Testimony of Roe of Roe vs Wade) thus providing a great testimony for all members of humanity.
See the face of Obama as he struggles to answer this questions which he knows won't sit well with most of the audience. I admire his honesty in answering this question it's just that he is on the wrong side of the issue. I hope that his struggle is not only verses the pro-life community but his own God given conscience. I sense that he knows he is wrong if the pro-life community is right and I believe he probabily knows deep down inside that the pro-life community is right on this issue. I believe he knows if he were to live or die on this issue before God that life to the unborn is the right way and abortion is not Godly and thus sinful.
Prayerfully watch and pray for this individual soul of a human being just as much as any unborn child is. He needs grace and mercy as we all do. See his human need for God on this issue. It is easy to slam him from a pro-life perspective in the way he answered this question but look again and see a struggling individual who may be struggling with more then the pro-life community and if not pray that he does.
Maybe his career have been, ignorantly or not, built on these policies and maybe inside he really would like to go another way but his career is just to much of a wall for him. Pray that the wall comes down if it is, "for what would it profit that a man gain the whole world yet lose his own soul". I am not declaring Obama a non-believer but if he is indeed struggling personally with this issue may this election be that vehicle that God uses to bring more glory to the name of His merciful Son and grace toward usward as a fallen humanity into grave sins that cheapen the value of our own souls by the raising of Obama to the seat that he is currently possessing to not just bring awareness to the unborn but to the badly needed forgiveness of those souls that selfishly and sacrificially consider themselves more valuable then the unborn...
Maybe I am a dreamer and naive but then again maybe some naive dreamers were praying for Norma. One thing for sure is that Christ, the one who said, as I loosely quote, "whatever you do for the least of these you do for me" also said, "the gates of hell shall not prevail". May God grant victory for His kingdom of the loving Cross of Christ in the lives of many and many more!!!

I want to apologize for any bad grammar. I am going to have my wife review this post to clean it up at a later date and all my other posts. Some day I will repent of the repeated violations of the legalistic religious rules of all my grammar teachers but for now it's all about relationship!!!
I want to advertise Jill Stanek's home page here at http://www.jillstanek.com/. I would suggest signing up for her rss feeds. I have an rss feed of her page on my site to the right under jillstanek.com. I am obviously in dept to her site for these videos and insight into this issue. And who knows maybe one day a report of REAL CHANGE may be emphasized on all the pro-life web sites across the world that Obama has flip flopped on this issue and we will all welcome him with open arms and work by-partisanly together on REAL CHANGE for the world. I wonder what would happen if Democrats became the party of life. They may just win every election!!! But until then.....

Corsi defends credibility of best-selling 'Obama Nation'-"The New York Times has written a scathing review of the book that has reached the number-one spot on its own best-seller list -- a book highly critical of Barack Obama. Dr. Jerome Corsi's newest book is called The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality. In its review, The New York Times said that Corsi is trying to replicate 2004 when his book Unfit for Command, co-authored with John O'Neill, was credited with helping defeat Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry. The Times also pointed out that significant parts of the book have already been challenged as misleading or false in the days since its debut on August 1. But Corsi says the book is fully documented. "This book, The Obama Nation, is over 360 pages long. It's got nearly 700 footnotes in it. The book's still very easy to read. I didn't put the footnotes in to bore people," Corsi points out. "I just wanted people to know that everything in this book is fully documented, fully substantiated. A great number of the references and the footnotes are Internet websites, so you can look them up yourself."....Corsi told the Times his book is "investigative," not prosecutorial. And the article points out that Corsi has also written very critically about Republican John McCain over the years. He told the newspaper that he supports Chuck Baldwin, the Constitution Party presidential nominee."
Matt Bowman: A rebuttal of Sherry Colb’s defense of Obama’s record on infanticide-"Law professor Sherry Colb posts another abortion apologetic in her regular column at Findlaw.com, but this time her research is woefully inadequate. Colb attempts to defend Senator Barack Obama for opposing Illinois bills that would have protected babies born alive during abortions. Obama’s PR spin on this issue has been to say he supports a similar federal law but not the Illinois version, even though the two bills are almost identical. The crux of Colb’s eerily similar defense is that the Illinois bill is significantly different from the federal law. Primarily, she claims that “the Illinois law does not define its terms. . . , for example, at what point during the process of birth the infant can be said to have been ‘born alive.’” But this contains a crucial omission that invalidates her argument. A simple internet search shows that bills were nearly identical to the federal law. So why the discrepancy? There was not merely one Illinois bill protecting born alive infants. They were broken into parts, and introduced in both 2002 and 2003. Infant protection was addressed in one part, while liability and other issues were addressed elsewhere."
America Needs New ‘Great Awakening,’ Huckabee and Evangelicals Say-"Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and a group of evangelical leaders called for a new “Great Awakening” spiritual revival of the American people Friday, at a press conference in Washington, D.C., to announce a Saturday rally on the National Mall. Huckabee, a former Republican contender for the presidential nomination, said the “Great Awakening” is needed to help revitalize the nation’s founding principles and cultural standing so that innocent life can be spared. He told reporters that, in many respects, the notion of “inalienable rights,” as expressed by Thomas Jefferson, is just as radical now as it was in the founding period and must be vigorously defended – especially the right to life....The success or failure of the pro-life cause is directly tied to the spiritual health and well-being of American civilization, Huckabee said. “We should never forget that the manner in which we treat others is the manner in which we invite others to treat us,” he continued. “If we are a society that makes it OK to slaughter innocent life and vulnerable life we are in essence inviting others to feel that way toward us. That’s why this issue has never been a political one for me.”...Just as slavery contradicted and offended the concept of equality in the Declaration in Lincoln's time, young people see that the practice of abortion today offends the right to life as it was expressed by the Founding Fathers, Engle said. Bishop Harry Jackson, meanwhile, said the country is “on the verge of tremendous problems” if certain cultural trends are not reversed. Jackson called on public officials to de-fund Planned Parenthood so the government gets out of the business of “paying for the extermination of its own citizens.” There are 1,200 black babies aborted every day, Jackson added. Jackson, senior pastor of Hope Christian Church in College Park, Md., touched on politics by predicting that the expected Democratic presidential nominee, Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.), will win the presidency if Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), the expected Republican presidential nominee, “picks a pro-abortion running mate.”
