LifeSiteNews.com reports that Brazilian President says he wants to "criminalize words and acts offensive to homosexuality" as he makes promises to homosexual leaders. Imagine a president saying he wants to criminalize words and acts offensive to Christianity. This is absurd. I am a christian and people say something offensive about Christ almost everyday. This doesn't mean they want to hurt me cause they oppose my Christianity.

See: Link to Pro-family and life activist in Brazil's blog who has fled to escape charges of "Homophobia"....

Apparently there are 28 per 100,000 murder ratio in Brazil and the rate of homosexuals murdered in Brazil is 1.31 per 100,000. Now, homosexual activist Luiz Mott includes all murders of homosexuals as acts of "homophobia" and the article sited states "even when they involve male prostitutes apparently killed by a john." So we don't know how many of those 1.31 per 100,000 are by supposed "homophebia" and to punish and scare the free speech and religious liberties out of many thousands of innocent others who may disagree with homosexuality but sure are not going to hate them is absurd.
