Quick Bible Commentary
Not much of a commentary but getting there. Just documenting the various words in the KJV for further study. These are all the verses without context in which the scriptures deal with the words "at the doors", "is near", "at hand", "nigh", "is come" and "shortly" in the New Testament. Also, to contrast those words with "immediately". Jesus said in Luke 19:11 "And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear."
