Pennsylvania
Child Evangelism Fellowship of Pennsylvania ("CEF") filed complaint challenging the tax payer funded school districts's policy and practice to prohibit CEF from accessing the Districts flyer forum opened up to non profit community organizations. CEF alleged that the district denied access solely on the premise of its religious content and viewpoint of CEF's flyers and after-school meeting activities. "3: As a result of subsequent settlement and discussions between the parties, the Defendants (school district) have agreed to treat Plaintiffe (CEF) on an equal basis with all other community groups."
Not only that but Defendants agreed to pay Plaintiffs' attorneys' fees.
