Listen to Senator McConnell then Reid's 2nd with his comments: "that's what legislation is all about". Unbelievable. So legislation is all about "compromise" at the expense of the people in other states to pass a bill that a majority of the people in all states oppose and that on the backs of tax payers in all states. If it were a compromise that only effected the tax payers of that state then fine but not one that makes the people of one state fund the issues of another. Unbelievable.
