To view the text of the "Pledge to America" click here. It is busy at the moment so keep trying. National Review Online is comparing this Pledge to America with the "Contract with America" from 1994 and calling it bolder. You can watch the announcement of the "Contract with America" before Republicans took control of the House in 1994 below after watching the announcement of the Pledge to America.

Update: I finally had a chance to listen to it all and whether it was the context in which I was listening or what it started somewhat dry but finished well. A freshman got up to speak and was quite interesting and then the guy right after him spoke out on repealing and replacing ObamaCare which was quite interesting and the ending questions taken by the press are interesting.

I found this at CSPAN. Below is the very announcement of the "Contract with America" in 1994 which is similar to what the Republicans this year is doing with the "Pledge to America". Notice the similarity of issues and problems with liberal media bias, taxes, health care and voter anger. House Republicans less than two months afterward this announcement in 1994 took over the House. Many are predicting the same will happen this year. Do see President Obama points us in the right direction as he answers the question: Why should Americans trust Democrats to reduce government spending and debt?
