This is a hearing on a resolution that would advocate a roll back of federal spending to fiscal 2008 levels or less. Don't worry so much about the amendment that Tim Scott is introducing but pay more attention to the debate that occurs after the reading of the amendment and Dreier's comments. Tim Scott and Jim McGovern debate for a minute or so and then enters Virginia Foxx who makes an excellent point for some 30 seconds. Slammmmm!!!!
