Tim Scott did well (watch video below). His opening remarks were great. His point on the next 10 years after the first 10 years was well made and through the discussion the individual mandate is huge on the discussion on whether or not the CBO score will even matter. I thought that the Doc Pay should have been brought up cause CBO from my understanding did not score that. Tim Scott did great for his first discussion and debate.
