Herman Cain is the frontrunner in to late polls. First it was PPP Polling that had Cain in the lead by quite a bit (see Oh my: Cain 30, Romney 22, Gingrich 15, Perry 14). Now the latest NBC/WSJ poll has Cain with a more moderate lead but yet in the lead (see Lightning strikes twice: Cain 27, Romney 23, Perry 16, Paul 11).

Found image of Cain at Sodahead.com in an article titled If the Tea Party patriots are so racist, why are they supporting Herman Cain?

Here is Cain about a month and a half ago in Iowa. I had a chance to watch this and do get to the end to see why he believes America will get back on track!!! For more on that see One nation under God and what does it matter? and Cartoons and charts exposing economic consequences for America's straying from our "In God we trust" roots (and its only gotten worse as that was from 07/2009) and especially don't miss this 3.4 million youtube hit at Video gone viral: David Barton takes pastors on a tour of the US Capitol

Update: There is one other late poll by Rueters that has Romney up 23 - 19 over Cain. The PPP poll was done from the 7th to the 10th as the Rueters and NBC/WSJ poll were done between the 6th and 10th. The Reuters polled Republican registered voters while the NBC/WSJ poll polled GOP Primary Voters and the PPP also polled Primary voters. This probably means that the PPP and NBC/WSJ are more accurate for the primaries and also that since the Rueters poll did not seek out primary voters only that their poll doesn't mean as much for the primaries as does NBC/WSJ and PPP poll. One important note however is that these polls were done before the last Republican debate so what I am most interested in is seeing how they poll after this last debate in New Hampshire.

Update: Here is first poll done after New Hampshire debate and Romney and Cain are tied via Rasmussen check out National Poll: Cain 29% Romney 29% Gingrich 10%.. This one polled Republican primary voters.
